Apply before sunbathing. Spread evenly and thoroughly. Even in the shade, use a sunscreen with a sufficiently high sun protection factor. Repeated application of the sunscreen does not prolong the protection time, it maintains the protection.

For babies and toddlers, use protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25).
